Care Instructions	Suitable oils for treatment are sunflower oil, olive oil or walnut oil. Treat the wood regularly with these oils if the Borda is used with food products. This protects the wood against discolouring and prevents food odours and bacteria from attaching to the surface. Rinse your oak wood products with warm water, however, do not soak them in water as this may lead to cracks in the wood. Dry with a clean tea towel and/or let air dry.
